The Texas Chapter of AAAFund, founded by Albert Shen, coalesced around the rapidly growing AAPI community in the Dallas area. As the state’s demographics slowly shift and diversify, AAAFund-TX seeks to capture the energy and momentum of electrifying Democratic campaigns in 2016 and 2018 and develop a strong voice for Texas’s AAPI population. Democrats know that the hope of a blue Texas rest on organizing the state’s communities of color.
